Murad Meshanni

“My name is Murad Meshanni, a graduate student of the Division of Global Affairs at Rutgers University. While my academic interests primarily reside in researching the hybridization of warfare tactics and cyberterrorism, I also have an interest in researching the intersection of technology, or lack thereof, in disenfranchised populations. On a personal note, I was a volunteer EMT for six years and a volunteer at several clubs and organizations that focused on community outreach. My work in these organizations have helped me reach out to people in need, and now I have the chance to push the envelope a little further. Through my work as a VIP.fund fellow, I hope to assist in the development of new programs that focus on granting access to technology and education to those that have been disconnected and alienated from the world at large.”
